Return Guidelines
RETURN POLICY|SIMPLE & STANDARD AFTER-SALES RULES
1. After-sales Valid Period
All eligible products support return and exchange within the official specified days after customer receipt. Overdue applications will not be accepted.
2. Basic Return Conditions
Products must be unused, intact, with complete original packaging and accessories, and meet secondary sales standards for normal return processing.
3. Standard Return Process
Initiate order after-sales application → submit real product evidence → official review → return goods → warehouse inspection → refund completion.
4. Refund Execution Rules
Full refund for platform-side problems; conditional refund for personal reasons. Funds are returned to the original payment channel after verification.
5. Freight Bearing Standard
Platform responsible problems are borne by the platform; personal responsible problems are borne by the customer, with fair and transparent division.
6. Non-returnable Scope
Custom products, clearance final sale items, artificially damaged products and expired after-sales orders do not support return and exchange.
7. Policy Interpretation Right
The platform reserves the final interpretation right and the right to update the after-sales policy. The latest official terms shall prevail.
